James Henrady's Alibi Changed

James henrady was found guilty of the murder of Mike Asix. He had a change of heart and changed his alibi from liverpool to vienna. His friend charles france tried to take his own life three days before trial began. Charles allegedly told his doctor, it could have been my dear wife and daughter whom he killed. The prosecution argued that james bought the gun just prior to the asix murder. They claimed he practised firing some shots, leaving the casings in the hotel room. His defence argued it was an unlikely scenario. However, the court room was about to hear more incriminating evidence against him.
