How to Stand Out With Senior People
This week we're talking about how to stand out with senior people. And even though organisations are becoming less hierarchical, senior people still have a significant impact on your development. I was always quite good at watching and learning in big organisations. But also you can't have those maybe quick chats where you're grabbing a coffee or in the lift or in those in-between moments. The challenge for me would be how do I find those points of connection when I'm not meeting somebody in person and that virtual thing.
