The Pressure to Say No to Patients

There's a lot of pressure on me not even just really importantly like saying no to a patient who comes here from across the country you know. There are people that I've had to say no to when I've seen them in person and it's very difficult because they already feel so self-conscious. It does casting they spread out a wide net and then they have people that cast and then I see what they've narrowed it down to and then I I give my little input. Then though it still goes to the network the network really can see all the ones that we've approved and then they'll say yes to certain ones but they always like the really crazy ones.
