Jesse: A lot of times what ends up happening is dinner becomes the biggest meal. And we sit down on the couch to binge binge the Netflix then comes out the chocolate. So I always say like if you want to have dessert, great have it right after a right with dinner so that it's not a subsequent like post meal like post prendial extra spike. Then go even walk 10 minutes around your neighborhood and get that darker light which tells your body it's nighttime.
