Rob LeCaster: I have a document called working with Rob. So if someone contacts me through my website or email, or they could book a strategy call with me, the very first thing I'm going to do is send them this working with Rob document and it is a fantastic qualifier. And from that point, I would either agree to meet with them or I would put together a very short email outlining what we discussed and a cost for coaching. The more qualified a contact becomes, the more you want to invest your time with them.
