God Loves Satan

i think god still as a love for satan in the sense that he created his angels. I think he's devastated by their rebellion against him. To ant actually keeps them blinded. Is as eternally, immutably decreed that they stay blinded, and then torment them forever for it. And there's nothing wrong with us talking in those anthropomorphic terms of god being devastated or harmed or hurt by somebody betraying against him. Why?
