Conversation Designers - Chicken on the Egg?
Conversation designers will start by looking at hundreds of transcripts, or even thousands of transcripts. So generally you would use those transcripts to help you figure out what intents you might need to handle and how specific those intents need to be. If your interaction is more something like alexa or google assistant, a lot of times those designers will start with samplescripts. You create a smaller sample version of the future dialogue and get that approved with a stake holders.
