In babies born prematurely, they have more advanced brain aging. And we're already seeing in this population who are only just now reaching their fifties and sixties. This trajectory of adults born pre term, of brain aging is going to result in accelerated or increased risk ofof outsim or cognative decline. So the environment is really critical. We also know that babies born pre term have better executive function as a children if they have better motor skills. It seems like developing motor skills and challenging the motor system has a significant effect on other parts of ex executive function as well. Looking at effects of exercise, those that include a balance component have a greater effect o yoga or dance than static
