The Importance of Meditating

The word meditation in the Old Testament doesn't have to do with the technique. It has to do with pondering and reflecting on God's word or on who God is. And it's a it's actually using the mind. So we have a heart mind dichotomy, which is another result of contemplative prayer movement. The crack: How would you respond to that? Say I'm somebody trying to justify my acts as a contemplative prayer; how does the crack respond to that?: "To your challenge"
