The Tax Rate That Applyes to NFTs

I have a proposal for Starbucks. They could be just as trendy by doing this as an NFT, but instead of a non-fungible token, it could be a neat, fun ticket. I think Starbucks might be calling any day to get Jeff a consulting contract. The IRS released notice 2023-27 and it's basically proposing rules that would classify certain NFTs as collectibles for tax purposes under section 408 of the code.
