As we start to let go of the negative thoughts and beliefs that are holding us back, we become more comfortable in our own skin. We're no longer stifled by fear or anxiety, and we're able to connect with others on a deeper level. This can be a challenging process, but it's also incredibly rewarding and transformative. It doesn't mean you're failing if these things surface up later. Are you progressing or not? Chances are you are. You have to be willing to face those fears and to challenge the limiting beliefs."
