The Sports Metaphor

I feel like this is, i'm going to use a sports metaphor. It's the whole, like any time you're learning a complex movement, you you focus way in on one piece of the movement, and you just do it really slow 50 times. And then it becomes something that you do automatically. You don't have to like, rationally or consciously think through it.
