Chat GPT is a sophisticated messaging that says, I'm going to help you understand everything about the world and we are going to coordinate together. So it's this gigantic model that can try to fit stupidly every possible pattern of that. Everything that comes out of it sounds like the calls of something living describing what it sees in an embodied real world. We're all getting fooled because we don't have the criteria to tell that it's not truly, you know, an expert in what it says.

In this conversation I speak with Jill Nephew. Jill, a former AI black box algorithm engineer with extensive experience in developing software architectures, holds a highly heterodox perspective on the risks associated with LLM AIs.
