The Importance of Cultural Interpretation
I felt like I was doing double the work of my counterparts. While they got to read authors that all had their experience, I was out here having the research and maybe even reinterpreted sometimes. You can't just stay in ex-aging the text. And you know, I just remember experiencing so much frustration even with the graders that they had grading my work because I was coming from a completely different perspective.
