The Importance of Trophy
Ora kettin is a little ear-shaped ancient pasta from Poulia. Talia Telle, which are longer and you can twirl them, hold bolognese meat sauce much better. Trophy were born when the women who made fresh pasta would rub their hands together to make pesto. You don't waste anything in Italy so they picked up these curls that perfectly matched the pesto.
