If i had the choice, and again, people listen, loyal listeners, know that this is one of my big things as every year, i would invest more money in training managers than i would in salespeople. Because they just have no frick and clue. People need to be taught, ya, a hundred %. And ad should be coaching and inventoring them to improve their skills, but dont ned to train them.
