The John Birch Society

QAnon followers believe that what they're fighting is this satanic conspiracy. The John Birch Society was named after the guy who claimed to be like the first American combat death against communists. They had secret membership roles, would have these like secret cadres who would set up in different cities and operate out of front organization so they could hide donations. QAnon doesn't identify as an anti-Semite openly but you can graft a lot of what he's saying directly under the idea that any moves towards social justice are conspiracies.
