Tempting thoughts can be as simple as thinking you're an active person, so i deserve to eat what i want. You must write down your tempting thoughts and hand them to a family member who then will become the temptress. We won't beabe to work on all these, but that gives a flavor. It is that little voice that's telling you to get to it, get back to your habit. But we also sit with open hands and say, maybe this may not be too strong of teorical thought. Maybe you want an goal that more than just losing weight tends to have a paradoxical quality about it.
