The world that birthed this extraordinary amount of your father's music is what gave his music such immediacy and urgency and power. I think he was a threat because he's thinking about Rastafara, which is another thing. He says, need a PNP or JLP. It's like its own thing. Really, if it was about politics, it was the political party at Rastaf Mara, which was a spiritual movement. We want to change how things are. So I think that was his politics. But you know, to your point, it's the world thatbirthed thisextraordinary amount ofyour father's music.
