Is That Your Final Answer, Then Nigeria?

In November, leaders from all over the world met for COP 27. In which African country did they all meet? I really don't know for sure. But there's a little voice in the back of my head that is saying Nigeria. There's been a lot of stuff going on in that part of Africa lately,. A lot of trouble, but also probably Nigeria. It's not Nigeria - it was Egypt.
