The Risks of EMPs

I think the real risk is that it's the risk that almost all these EMPs face. I suspect the tax will be way less than everyone expects. But Trudeau can just wake up in a bad mood one day and your asset gets zeroed. Everything's kind of playing out like I thought it would. The value keeps building. They bought back some shares, they pay a dividend. It trades with the rest of the housing basket. And then, you know, Hedge Eye is coming out with a short report.
