The House GOP Health Care Debate Is a Tough One

I was asking around Senate with senators, especially some of the more on the fence ones earlier this week. It's abundantly clear that they don't know yet what kind of comprehensive plan could actually get all of them to vote for it. I do think so the House precedent here is clear and it reflects like Republican thinking about legislating rather than Democrat thinking.
