I wanted somewhere stable, but then as soon as I got over that feeling, I went back to how I was before. So at that moment I thought, yes, settling down might be nice. A big motivator as well was to get an office, like this one where I've got a microphone,. It's much more convenient than taking it to my Airbnb, right? My microphone is not so convenient. However, this house was definitely a fixer-upper. And on the one hand, older houses tend to be more stable than newer houses. They've been standing a long time, which is a good thing. But on the other hand, everything's a bit wonky.
