The Smithmont Act of 19 Forty Eight Legalized Propaganda
The original smithmont act prohibited that. It said, you know, just come out of world war too, there was a lot of propaganda. We saw how bad that can be and how devastating that is. So let's make it so, yes, we can still use propaganda on everybody else, but not on our own people. That just, it sets you up for a disaster.
