He says that when you're structured about getting things done, you are anxiety free when it comes to hanging out with friends or making time for free time. Stanley: I'm so busy usually with like working on things that I love that usually the only downtime I need is just those two 45 minute workouts and like 30 minutes to read and relax in the evening.
