Now all the brands that you see in Atlanta, Miami, and New York are starting to come to Tampa. So that market excites me. You know, I moved down to Miami in April, and I am very impressed with Miami. But my business plan is focused on business-friendly markets. Markets where people are embraced, companies are embraced, the taxes are low and regulations low.
