Is There a Shift in Parking?

There are more people in New York City with cars than there were two years ago. The number of cars sold the past few years exploded, and so have parking rates. A new app would offer valet service to pick up your car from outside your apartment when you're done using it. You'd get some number of pickups per month with an extra fee if you needed more.
