The Role of Crisis in Bringing About a New Frontier
Do you think it's possible that frontier just comes out of crisis in the reckoning with the unsustainability of the status quo? One of my favorite books is Tom Wolf's Right Stuff. I don't have a good answer to that question other than to recognize that people are willing to do extraordinary things if like their tribe, their community, their nation or their God is calling on them to make that sacrifice and they're part of that.
