How Can Managers Develop Individuals?
I think for latina and african american women, they're scared to give fe back because they're afraid of being accused of being races. Im, so i think there are different ways that white men handle depending on who's in front of them. I remember in one academic institution, i got my fee back for the year in the parking lot. All my colleagues got fee back in their offices. When i asked him why i was getting my fee back three months late in the parkingLot, he said, why stopped by your office? You weren't at your desk. And you know, it is the manager's responsibility to develop individuals.
