The difference in how two people perceived this pattern, it might come down to where you grew up. Diana's hypothesis is that, based on where you grow up, you tend to hear different pitches as low or high. Scientists don't really know how all this brain editing happens. But even though we don't know exactly how our brain does this, there are times when harnessing that brain magic becomes a lot more important.
