"I wish you peace. I wish you blessed like anything I would wish for myself or my best friends or my children," she says. "You don't have to mean it at the beginning. But you know, as you find when you're learning lines, you say something over and off." The first person in her life who was ever like, “How can I go kill him?” is her husband. He walked out of her life around the time that he walked out on her. It took a couple of years to get through to adults in her life.
