The Power of Vulnerability

The greatest leaders are the ones that ask for help. They show that vulnerability. I love what she just said. People change and they forget to tell you. So this idea that we're going to establish how a person is and then We're going to set it and forget it because they're never going to change isn't going to work out for anybody. There is something quite marvelous when a leader says, I need help. I don't have all the answers. I need your help. Everybody circles the wagons. And nobody thinks less of the leader. If anybody who says that, we need to be able to say that.
