How did you come about the 51 49 structure? I realized like I've been in accounting firm since he was 18 and I realized that it's like five partners. They all have 20% each and they all think they're in charge. It just doesn't work this way. And so we came up with this idea of a 6.5% on revenue fee, 2.5% IP fee. So that 9% of the revenues would have to be reinvested in the business of every year.
