i would never err on the side of uh under hydrating or not fueling correctly to make sure you don't have to stop. Certain athletes have weird like they lose a lot of sodium or they lose a lots of fluid and as a result it gets really tricky on how to fuel. i drink the same amount that i lose in terms of fluid and it ends up managing my hydration and my fuel also very effectively but it's not that way across the board so kind of want to try separating themthat's it if it's at the end of april is kind of late to massively change your nutrition strategy That's likely gonna lead to more risk that could harm your day even
