The Importance of Digital Governance in a Web Team

If you are in a web team and haven't really got on top of digital governance, what's the one bit of advice you would give them to start going about it? That's a loaded question because I'm wondering what situation they're in. Most people are in the second situation, which is it's kind of tone deaf, right? Upstairs. And there's not really a lot that you can do. But what you can do is create horizontal collaboration groups and start to build consensus.
