Is There a Bias in Your A1?

If you're fairly evenly matched across cycling and running then generally speaking, I see that your equivalent heart rates will be five to 10 beats per minute higher. But one of the more common reasons that I see people have trouble interpreting their results is there was a lot of artifact in there that they didn't really appreciate. So again, if you have nice and clean data where your artifacts are two percent or below, then it's going to be a pretty predictive for most individuals.
