The Positive Changes in the Long-Term Care Insurance Market
Long-term care is not covered by Medicare. It is covered by Medicaid. So either people are eligible for Medicaid or we can see people spend down their assets to become eligible. And that's a pretty crazy system based on how I see it, you know a lot more about it than I do.
