In a prior generation, I think somebody who's 56 would chalk themselves up to being pasted over the hill. When you invest in your health, which is another aspect of something you wanted to talk about here, age becomes truly just a number. And for me, that took a full year after retirement. The reality is my best 20 years are in front of me,. Although I fully anticipate to live 40 more years based on my family history.
