New thing, new thing, new things, Facebook, endless rolling. How do you know when you're feeling at ease or feeling more regulated, feeling like you're in a flow? Mm-hmm and my stomach. And your stomach Yeah. So yeah, you have a pretty clear sense from an embodied and a mindful state of how you know when there's a lot of stress physiology happening when you're not feeling good.
