Just by using a few different words to ask exactly the same question, you can change the answer. I'm always reminded of that that was done a few years ago, but I think it's been off quoted enough. If you ask people to support reducing the voting age of 18 to 16, supports about 37% and opposes 56%. And if you say do support oppose giving 16 to 70 year olds the right to vote, support goes up to 52%. You completely change of how human beings give their answer.
