Get to know the perso. Get to know how they think about things, and be interested enough in the person that you feel like getting to know them. If you spend all your time talking about some particular ar i, i don't know, job function at the company or something, you're not going to learn much. It's always fun when you can identify these things which people are, you know, really interesting skills that people have thy didn't even know they had. I also find, in terms of myself, and perhaps this is more a statement about me than anything else, but when i do an interview and i realize i did most of the talking in that interview
