Resurrecting the Dead Letter Law of 367 BC

In 133 BC, Tiberius Grakis mobilized people from within and without the city in order to pass his Lex agraria. It sought to revive the dead letter law of 367 BC, limiting the amount of public land that could be leased to any individual. There's great danger to such a political maneuver, however, as Tiberius himself discovered.
