How to Delegate in a Team Lead Role
I think there's suddenly so much that you can take on even with this team lead role, which also requires some strategic things. So I think it narrows down to what is your primary focus in the role to pre-order the time for those things you do have to delegate to always. And then hopefully you have a manager to help you either train or move in that direction you want. But again, that person will also have a manager, which responsibility is to develop them in what direction they want to do.
