It alser depends on the index history of this patient's initial reaction a tua vaccine. We sort of risk stratify the patient am based on their cardio vascular reserve in terms of if they would be able to tolerate another episode of anipalaxis. So, for example, fixed obstructive lung disease, with very low f v one, we would, you know, think twice about giving that patient something that they hada suspected alurgic reaction to.
