What Is Visionary School Leadership?
i want to know what visionary school leadership looks like. Can we actually lead a school in a montasory way? You can we we do, like what we do with children in the class room? Can we do that as a leader with our teachers? That was something that my quest kind of began with and really led a me to develop this aspect of visionary school leadership. The reason why i feel that a visionary leadership is so important is that a school requires avision. And montessori gave us this gift of a methodology of education but actually her vision was about giving an education that could eventually bring peace to the world.
