How to Measure the Success of a Podcast

There are three kinds of podcasts we do here on ideas that matter. The first is the one that people hear and then they kind of like, "That was nice" And about two or three weeks later, they listen to it again. That's the first kind of podcast we have. The second is the kind of podcast that's like a standard success. Then there's the third kind of podcast: People listen to and something shifts. They don't tell anybody. But truly making a shift? That's difficult.
