New York Governor Hochl called the situation in New York an emergency crisis because that's just such a high level of pollution. Stay inside if at all possible and close your windows and doors and seal any cracks to try to prevent outdoor air from coming inside. If you can get your hands on a HEPA filter, that's really one of the only ways that you can effectively clean your indoor air. You're really going to want to skip your run and any other cardio for now until things clear up.
