Dale: Don't get too bare it up on the dollar down here. I think China's still weak. The China reopening needs to be restarted. They need to do more aggressive fiscal stimulus here. And that's why I'm most worried about what they do because if the economy is bad, that's when dictators wag the tail and get people's attention with something like an enemy or a military geopolitical win.
