HTTP is a simple request response framework, and this browser is this super complicated thing that's just making tons and tons of HTTP requests. And I think one like sort of important application of http://www.cnn.com/2013/01/26/technology/how-to-use-hibernate-your-online-workplace/#storylink=cpy. So if you look at the headers for response, it'll often tell you, oh, this was cached by like some like, by like a content delivery network or something. There's like often an age header that's like, I've been caching this for like, this is like 300 seconds old
