In some limited instances, it does seem that people, that those capital police officers were exercising what i think i can fairly describe as extremely poor judgment and allowing them to come in. In one instance, an officer, i think, took a selfy with a rider a. One member of the capital police who has actually been criminally charged for essentially reaching out to somebody who as in the capital after the fact and giving him tips and tricks for e how to avoid criminal investigation.
